In addition to the day-to-day operation of the school district, what are the things you want Justin to really focus on in 2024-2025? |

7.1.2. Board members need to come to a meeting with their list of things they want/need Justin to focus on as their answers to the question above...
"budget," "communication," "accountability," etc. |

7.1.3. We will then set goal statements and turn our attention to the question below.....
What will the Board of Education accept as evidence that these objectives are being met? |

7.2. Implementation Plan

7.2.1. We will then work on this document with Justin before it goes back to the BOE for formal approval.
We will then turn it into a formal evaluation instrument for the BOE to use each semester of this first year |
