4.B. Approve the application for a Special Designated Liquor License submitted by JBN, Inc., dba Hi Times Liquor Mart 1, Liquor License #DK-100025, for a wedding reception to be held at the McCook Municipal Auditorium, 302 West 5th Street, on June 16, 2018 from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 A.M.

4.C. Approve specifications for the 2018 Armor Coating Project and set the time and date to receive bids as 2:00 P.M., March 27, 2018.

4.D. Adopt Resolution No. 2018-02 certifying that the City of McCook is considered to be capable of providing public transportation for its citizens.

Approve the application for a Special Designated Liquor License submitted by Tyler Schmick, Schmick's Market Inc., Liquor License #IDK-084561, for a fund raiser to be held at the Red Willow County Fairgrounds Kiplinger Arena, 1412 West 5th Street, on March 16 and 17, 2018 from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 A.M. each day.

4.F. Accept the termination of lease tendered by Prairie Gold Homes for City of McCook property located at 526 West "B" Street.

4.G. Approve an application from Great Plains Communications to occupy city right of way for the purpose of installing underground fiber optic cable to provide service to Holiday Inn Express.

4.H. Review drawings and specifications for Sewer Extension District No. 77 and set March 22, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. as the date to receive bids.

4.I. Approve the application for a Special Designated Liquor License submitted by McCook Economic Development for their Annual Meeting to be held at the Keystone Business Center, 402 Norris Avenue, from 8:00 A.M. March 22, 2018 to 2:00 A.M. March 23, 2018.

5.A. Adopt Resolution No. 2018-03 authorizing the City of McCook to submit a joint application with Red Willow County to the appropriate federal and state agencies, tendering a census of tracts proposed for nomination as Opportunity Zones.

5.B. Ordinance No. 2018-2962 creating Chapter 119 of the City of McCook, Nebraska Code of Ordinances and establishing the method for calculating the Occupation Tax for companies who operate a hotel, and creating an enforcement and reporting system for Hotel Company Occupation Taxes and Rates.

5.B.1. Chairperson asks City Clerk to introduce Ordinance No. 2018-2962.

5.B.2. Approve Ordinance No. 2018-2962 upon its first reading.
