Riemenschneider.

2.A.1. Adjourn the Public Hearing.

2.B. Recommend to the City Council approval of the request for a special exception to allow a professional office in the Residential High Density District (RH), located in Lot Twelve (12), Block Eighteen (18), Original Town of McCook, Red Willow County, Nebraska - 311 West 3rd Street; Project Sponsor/Developer - Edward Jones/Sharleen Riemenschneider; Land owner - Bradley E. and Sharleen R. Riemenschneider; that the granting of the special exception will not adversely affect the public interest; and that satisfactory provisions and arrangements have been made by the applicant concerning Special Exception Considerations A - I, with the contingency that a variance must be approved to account for setback issues.
