4.B. Approve the application for a Special Designated Liquor License submitted by Loop Brewing Company, Liquor License #LK-093351, for a wedding reception to be held at the McCook Municipal Auditorium, 302 West 5th Street, on September 1, 2018 from 3:00 P.M. to 1:00 A.M.

4.C. Approve the agreement between the City of McCook and J Bar J Landfill, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, D/B/A Waste Connections of Nebraska, Inc., for the deposit of solid waste collected at the City's Transfer Station into said landfill and authorize the Mayor to sign.

4.D. Receive the minutes of the April 3, 2018 Senior Center Advisory Board meeting.

4.E. Approve the application for a Special Designated Liquor License submitted by the Hillcrest Nursing Home Foundation for a fund raising event to be held at Hillcrest Nursing Home, 309 West 7th Street, on October 27, 2018 from 6:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M.

4.F. Approve an amended lease agreement with AirMD, L.L.C., d/b/a Life Team.

4.G. Approve the application from Unite Private Networks to occupy city right-of-way for the purpose of installing an underground fiber optic cable and authorize the Mayor to sign the application.

4.H. Approve the Consultant Agreement between the City of McCook and W Design and Associates for the Airport Improvement Project including the rehabilitation of runways, taxiways, and apron at McCook Ben Nelson Regional Airport and authorize the Mayor to sign, after approval from the Nebraska Department of Transportation and the FAA is obtained.

4.I. Approve drawings and specifications for West 4th Street sewer main replacement and set date to receive bids for August 28, 2018 at 2:00 P.M.

4.J. Approve the application for a Special Designated Liquor License submitted by JBN, Inc., dba Hi Times Liquor Mart 1, Liquor License #DK-100025, for a Christmas party to be held at the McCook Municipal Auditorium, 302 West 5th Street, on November 30, 2018 from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 A.M.

4.K. Ratify the Mayor's appointments to the Economic Development Plan Loan Committee - reappoint Dale Dueland (MEDC selection) and Jason Grigg (MEDC selection) - terms expire March 2022.

4.L. Approve the application for a Special Designated Liquor License submitted by Lyle Laverack, Outlaws 1882 Saloon, Liquor License #IB-118114, for a wedding reception to be held at the Red Willow County Community Building, 1412 West 5th Street, on September 1, 2018 from 5:00 P.M. to 2:00 A.M.

5.B. Introduce and approve Ordinance No. 2018-2966 approving the Certificate of Acceptance for Sanitary Sewer Extension District No. 77 under suspension of the rule.

5.B.1. Chairperson asks Clerk to read Ordinance by title.

5.B.2. Consider statutory rule requiring reading on three separate occasions be suspended. Motion to suspend the rule must be adopted by three-fourths of the Council.
