3.A. Public Hearing - Regarding the purchase of real property from Maureen Giorgione, said property legally described as part of vacated East 8th Street - South 80' x 140' Block 11, John E. Kelley Memorial Addition to McCook, Red Willow County, Nebraska.

3.B. Approve Resolution No. 2018-12, to purchase real property legally described as part of vacated East 8th Street - South 80' x 140' Block 11, John E. Kelley Memorial Addition to McCook, Red Willow County, Nebraska, for $6,000, said purchase to be paid out of the City's ballpark reserve.

4.A. Approve the minutes of the August 6, 2018 regular City Council meeting and the August 13, 2018 special City Council meeting.

4.B. Recommend approval to the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission the Application for Manager submitted by GIPH Restaurants, LLC, dba "Pizza Hut of McCook, 811 North Highway 83, which holds License #A-56127, the applicant being David W. Staab.

4.C. Approve the drawings and specifications for Barnett Park Lift Station renovation and set the date to receive bids for September 10, 2018 at 2:00 P.M.
