3.B. Approve the application for a Special Designated Liquor License submitted by the McCook Chamber of Commerce for their Annual Banquet to be held at the Red Willow County Community Building, 1412 West 5th Street, on February 6, 2019 from 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 A.M.

3.C. Receive and file revised FY 2018/2019 Proposed Sales Tax Projects, page 299 of the FY 2018/2019 Budget Document.

3.D. Receive and file the claims for the month of December 2018 as published January 7, 2019.
