4.C. Approve the application for a Special Designated Liquor License submitted by Loop Brewing Company, Liquor License #LK-093351, for a wedding reception to be held at the McCook Municipal Auditorium, 302 West 5th Street, on June 1, 2019 from 3:00 P.M. to 1:00 A.M.

4.G. Adopt Resolution No. 2019-03 establishing a crosswalk on East "H" Street, approximately 750' east of the East 11th Street intersection.

4.H. Adopt Resolution No. 2019-04, certifying that the City of McCook is considered to be capable of providing public transportation for its citizens for the two year grant period of fiscal year July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 and fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 20, 2021.

4.I. Receive the minutes of the February 11, 2019 Planning Commission meeting.
 

4.J. Award the bid in the amount of $76,321.00, for one new sewer inspection camera, to MacQueen Equipment of Lincoln, Nebraska, as the lowest responsible bid and authorize the Mayor to execute the Purchase Agreement.

4.K. Approve the application for Century Link to occupy city right-of-way for the purpose of installing an underground fiber optic cable beginning at the alley east of East 11th Street between East "B" and East "C" Streets continuing east to the driveway for the Army Reserve Facility and authorize the Mayor to sign the application.

Approve the application for a Special Designated Liquor License submitted by the McCook Chamber of Commerce for the Mid Plains Community College Rodeo to be held at the Red Willow County Fairgrounds Kiplinger Arena, 1412 West 5th Street, on March 15 and 16, 2019 from 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 A.M. each day.
 

5.B. Approve the application for a Special Designated Liquor License submitted by Citta’ Deli, Liquor License #C-121305, for a St. Patrick’s Day/Anniversary party in the Citta’ Deli parking lot, 110 West 1st Street, on March 16, 2019 from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

5.C. Approve upon its second reading Ordinance No. 2019-2977 vacating East "G" Street, between Lot Seven (7), Block Three (3) and Lot Twelve (12), Block Four (4) of Brown's Park Addition to the City of McCook, Red Willow County, Nebraska.
