3.A. Accept from Denise Broomfield, Agent MNB Insurance Services, a safety dividend refund in the amount of $61,424.55 from EMC Insurance Company for the City’s participation in the program.

4. Proclamations.

4.A. Approve the proclamation designating the week of April 14 - 20, 2019 as "National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week" and authorize the Mayor to sign the proclamation.

4.B. Approve the proclamation designating April 29, 2019 as "Arbor Day" in the City of McCook and authorize the Mayor to sign.

5.A. Approve the minutes of the April 1, 2019 regular City Council meeting.

5.B. Approve the application for Century Link to occupy city right-of-way for the purpose of installing an underground cable for their West 11th Street and West "B" Street Project and authorize the Mayor to sign.

5.C. Approve the application for Consolidated Companies Inc. to occupy city right-of-way for the purpose of installing an underground fiber optic cable at the West Water Tank and authorize the Mayor to sign the application.

5.D. Approve the Grant of License with McCook Community College for the use of right-of-way on the north side of the 400 Block of East "L" Street to construct off street parking and authorize the Mayor to sign.

5.E. Receive and file the claims for the month of March 2019 as published April 11, 2019.

5.F. Issue a Request for Qualifications for an Insurance Broker for Property, Casualty, and Workers Compensation Insurance and set the date to receive proposals as May 3, 2019 at 4:30 P.M.

5.H. Approve an application from Great Plains Communications to occupy city right-of-way for the purpose of installing underground fiber optic cable providing service to Coppermill Steakhouse at 202 Coppermill Street.

Discuss and approve the request from the McCook Chamber of Commerce for the Third Thursday events scheduled on May 16, 2019; the closing of East "D" Street from Norris Avenue to East 1st Street and to furnish cones to block off street from noon to 9:00 P.M. on May 16, 2019; the closing of West "D" Street from Norris Avenue to the alley and to furnish cones to block off the street from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. on May 16, 2019; and the closing of the City Parking lot on East 1st Street and East "D" Street and to furnish cones to block off the entrances on May 16, 2019 from noon to 9:00 P.M.

6.B. Receive and file a presentation from Bob Wilcox regarding drainage.
