3.A. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign a proclamation declaring the week of May 5 - 11, 2019 as "Drinking Water Week".

3.B. Proclaim May 15, 2019 "Police Officers Memorial Day" and the week of May 12 - 18, 2019 as "National Police Week" and authorize the Mayor to sign the proclamation.
