5.A. Approve the utilization of ACE funds in an amount up to $6,182 for the purchase of a Patriot 3 Flex Field 3 Ballistic Barrier.

5.B. Discussion regarding the future of the old public safety center located at 526 West "B" Street.

5.C. Ordinance No. 2019-2985 prohibiting persons under the age of eighteen years from the use and possession of tobacco, tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and vapor products, alternative nicotine products, and establish a penalty for violations.
