Approve the application for a special exception by Derek Zipperlen for a professional office at property legally described as a Lot 5, East 85' Lot 6, Block 13, First Addition to the City of McCook, Red Willow County, Nebraska (a/k/a 704 East 3rd Street), to allow a professional office in a Residential Medium Density (RM) District, based upon special exception requirements A - I.

5.A. Consider and approve a request from The Thinkery of Southwest Nebraska, to utilize the McCook City Auditorium's gymnasium and council chambers for a children's event (Global Cardboard Challenge) and for the rental fees to be paid for by Community Betterment Funds.
