Approve the abandonment of an easement located on the north side of Block 2 of the Bish Addition and authorize staff to complete the necessary documents to effectuate the abandonment of the easement; said abandonment contingent upon the execution of an agreement between the City of McCook and the property owner allowing for the future annexation of the west portion of the impacted property into the City of McCook's corporate boundaries and contingent on the construction of a building on the easement.
