Authorize Consolidated Companies, Inc. to occupy city right of way for the installation of underground communications cable beginning approximately 70 feet east of the intersection of West "O" Street and West 16th Street and ending approximately 150 feet west of the West "O" Street and West 15th Street intersection and then crossing West "O" Street to the north and authorize the Mayor to sign the Application to Occupy Right of Way.
