9.A. Approval of the new Board Governance Model.

9.B. The administration recommends approval of new teacher contracts for: Jeanette Ogden, Caryssa Silentman, Karmyn TeSoro, Peggy Pounds, Jennifer Vallevik, Cassey Vigness, Trisha Olson.

9.C. The Administration recommends the approval of the amended budget for the 2022-2023 school year.

9.D. Canvas Election Results from the June 13th, 2023 election.

9.E. Set polling location and hours for the August 8th, 2023 election per NDCC 15.1-09-12 and NDCC 15.1-09-13.

9.F. Appoint two election judges and three election clerks as presented for the August 8th, 2023 election.

9.G. Approval of the Consolidated Application 

9.H. Approval of Emily Cowan, Dr. Faidley, Kent Anderson, and Dr. Arneson as the authorized representatives for all programs (Title I, II, III, IV)

9.I. The Administration recommends the approval of the sales contract with IXL Learning. This will be paid with Title IV funds for Missouri Ridge. 

9.J. Approve appointment of Dr. Victoria Arneson to serve as district representative for the GNWACTC (WERC) to replace Dr. Richard Faidley.
