Approval of Contractor’s Application for Project No. 403-028 (Paving Improvements 2022) to Elkhorn Paving Construction Co., Inc. for:
a) Payment No. 7 (FINAL) in the amount of $319,234.00; b) Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $112,003.70 to construct 5" pc concrete walk. c) Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $19,500.00 for the following items: 1. Hamilton over-excavation $1,500.00; 2. Main Street over-excavation $3,000.00; 3. 4th Street bridge removal $1,500.00; 4. Railroad permit $1,500.00; 5. Main Street lawn and sprinkler re-do $5,500.00; 6. 1st Street sewer line repair $3,000.00; 7.
