Open sealed bids for the purchase of auditorium salvage materials.  

Discussion/Action on water meters. 

Discussion/Action on setting policy and dollar amounts for rental of city equipment. 

Discussion/Action to review and approve plans and specs for Paving Projects 2023. 

Discussion/Action on new roof for the city office, library, and learning center. 

NEW BUSINESS: 

Discussion/Action on the appointment of a new city council member. 

Discussion/Action on Anthony Kush net metering. 

Discussion/Action on a two-way stop at the intersection of 6th and Lincoln Street. 

Discussion/Action on hiring swimming pool managers. 

Discussion/Action on Arbor Care capital expenditures. 

Discussion/Action on approving the Interlocal Agreement with Madison County to receive ARPA funds for the auditorium renovation. 

Discussion/Action on auditorium change orders: 
a) PR #2 to deduct motor door operation and change to a manual door operation; 
b) PR #3 to use Pex pipe in lieu of copper;  
c) PR #4 for 18x18 countertop supports; 
d) PR #5 for front entry changes; 
e) PR #6 to fur and sheetrock the kitchen walls

Approval of Resolution No. 2023-03 appointing trustees that have signatory authorization with regard to the City's retirement plan. 

Discussion/Action on Final Payment Request #22 for Grant No. 17-TFRH-15050 (bowling alley renovation) in the amount of $230.85 for NENEDD services. 

Discussion/Action on setting a date for the spring city wide clean-up.  

Discussion/Action on employees falsifying documents. 

Discussion/Action on security cameras at the maintenance shed and power plant. 

Discussion/Action on adding on to the police garage. 

Discussion/Action on police department personnel.  

Report on employee performance plan, possible executive session.
