Discussion/Action on The Child Care Center utilities and sprinkler system. 

NEW BUSINESS: 

Open public hearing concerning a change of zoning from R1 Single Family Residential to R3 Multi Family Residential on property located at 703 North Main Street. 

Discussion/Action on approving plans and specs for asphaltic concrete improvements. 

Discussion/Action on hiring Karina Guadalupe Torres as a part-time library assistant at $14.00 per hour.  

Close public hearing concerning a change of zoning from R1 Single Family Residential to R3 Multi Family Residential on property located at 703 North Main Street. 

Discussion/Action on approving Ordinance No. 830 making a change of zoning classification of certain land located at 703 N. Main Street.
