Discussion/Action regarding an invoice for hire of a security firm in January due to a high-risk individual held in custody by Madison Police. Because the matter involves the deployment of security personnel, this item may be discussed in executive session, which is clearly necessary for the protection of the public interest.

Discussion/Action to hire Keaton Sparks as new Code Enforcement Officer.
