Discussion/Action on City Ordinance/State Statute on removing and or administrative leave pertaining to Police Officers. 

Discussion/Action on Justin Niewohner contract.

NEW BUSINESS: 

Open Public Hearing for the 1&6 Year Road Plan. 

Approve Bid for new Police Cruisers. 

Discussion/Action on disposal of old Rescue Ambulance. 

Discussion/Action to dispose of used fire equiptment. 

Discussion/Action on approval of Alex Garcia for the Fire and Rescue Department.

Discussion/Action on personnel regarding handbook rules pertaining to hours, sick time, vacation.  

Discussion/Action on proper procedures in the chain of command. 

Discussion/Action on hiring someone to investigate Cares Act repayments. 

Discussion/Action to hire Anson Hawthorne for City Utilities Worker. 

Discussion/Action on the City providing snow removal for the Nursing Home.
