Discussion/Action on Madison Athletic Booster Club utilizing partial street block in front of the American Legion during Mad Summer Nights celebration.

Approve the renewal for Madison Fire & Rescue's AD&D plan. 

Discussion/Action on authorizing NENEDD to conduct a Community Survey. 

Approve Interlocal Agreement between Madison, Battle Creek and Madison County to hire Andy Colvin as the Economic Development Director.
