6.c. Discussion regarding a proposed walking path in Evergreen Place 1st Addition (Corrected Replat) on the north side of Outlot A and the Master Trail Plan.

6.d. Review/Action regarding a claim from Jackie Bates of 35 Fir Street to remove an old meter which was leaking in the service line portion of the water line and determination as to whether the property owner is responsibly for payment of excessive water usage due to the leak.

6.e. Review and approval of site plan for new preschool playground equipment the Bennet Community Builders Association  will be installing in Bennet Park.

6.f. Approval of Cooperative Service Agreement with Uribe Refuse Services, Inc. 

6.g. Discussion/Action regarding installing speed bumps on Hackberry Street.
