The Board of Education will convene in executive session pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) to confer with attorneys from Merlin Law for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions concerning the District’s property insurance claim dispute with Selective and the related mediation; and pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e)(I) to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop strategy for negotiations, and instruct negotiators concerning that dispute and mediation.
