5.d. Motion to authorize the CEO to enter ELC programming agreements with Omaha Public Schools. The organization is to fund the Intensive Early Childhood Program for $5,240,897.88 (Y1: $1,724,762.92; Y2: $1,736,704.72; Y3: $1,779,430.24). Summary Sheet (attached) for the FY 2026/2027, 2027/28, 2028/29. Approval is contingent upon Council approval of authorization of the elementary levy and the fiscal year budgets for each of the above fiscal years of the Learning Community.
