1. 1. Action Item: Upon the recommendation of the ELD Committee, a motion is recommended authorizing the CEO to enter ELC programming agreement with Completely Kids/CK Field Club for FY 2026–2027 in the amount of $40,800.00

1. 1. Action Item: Upon the recommendation of the Achievement Sub council 1, a motion is recommended  authorizing the CEO to enter ELC programming agreement with DC West Community Schools, District Initiatives 1.0 – Extended Learning for FY26-27 at $7,558.26.

1. 1. Action Item: Upon the recommendation of the ELD committee a motion is recommended to the coordinating council, authorizing the CEO to enter ELC programming agreement with MMI, Program Evaluation Budget Justification for FY26-27 at $697,566.00

5.f.           a. Action Item: Upon the recommendation of the Achievement Sub council 6, a motion is recommended, authorizing the CEO to enter ELC programming agreement with Papillion La Vista Community Schools, District Initiatives 1.0 – Jumpstart to KDG for FY26-27 at $116,640.62 per school year
