Rationale:
The purpose of this work session is for continued discussion with Trane and to gather further information related to the facility audit performed by Trane.
The attached "In-Depth Study" is the most recent document provided by Trane and is basically the "updated audit report" but revised to help the board understand the next steps should they choose to pick Trane. In addition, Trane has also provided RFQ binders in response to the formal process to call for qualified ESCO companies to present their qualifications for consideration by March 4th.
