Certified Staff Contract Approval
Rationale:
Julie Micheel has signed a contract to teach for the 2020-21 school year. She has been assigned to the 4th grade.

Activities/Athletics Handbook 2020-21
Rationale:
We would like the board to approve the activities handbook at this July meeting. The HS and Elem Handbooks will be coming to the August meeting as we are waiting on updates related to Title IX.
Approving the Activities Handbook now will allow the ADs and coaches to have parent meetings as needed prior to the start of school.

Option Enrollment Request
Rationale:
Shawna Dodds is requesting her daughter, Cora Barta, attend Rock County for the 2020-21 school year.

Bus Routes for 2020-21
Rationale:
The board should set bus routes annually to be provided in the district. Last year, the Long Pine Route has 1 stop which is in the town of Long Pine. The Johnstown Route had a pickup point in Johnstown in addition to 2 locations down the Southwest Road, 1 location down the Moon Lake Road, and 1 location along the highway.

2nd Reading and Adoption of the NASB Board Policy Manual
Rationale:
In June, the 1st reading of the new board policy manual from NASB was approved as recommended by the Board Policy Committee. This constitutes the 2nd and final reading resulting in the formal adoption of the NASB Board Policy Manual. The policy manual has been available to the public for review since June 3rd.
