NASB Policy Updates - First Reading
Rationale:
The following policies represent the final revisions and 1 additional new policy due to the Legislative Session that wrapped up this summer. Please see the attached document as Jim Luebbe, NASB Director of Policy Services, provides a brief explanation of each policy. Policies 402.15, 404.02, and 503.04 are updates, and policy 404.13 is new.
Jim provides the original version that shows the changes "lined out" on the document as well as the clean new version.

Guarantee Roofing Bid Tabled from October
Rationale:
The bid from Guarantee Roofing was tabled from October in order for more information and clarification to be provided to the board regarding the bid. Trane facilitated a conversation between Guarantee Roofing and Heartland Roofing to clarify differences in Heartlands budget estimates and Guarantee's bid.

Prestige Bus Lease
Rationale:
For your consideration is a lease for a coach bus for January through May. This has been discussed by the board and buildings and grounds committee. I provide the quote/lease here if the board would prefer I move forward with leasing a bus for 2nd semester to try out the program.
