Certified Staff Resignation
Rationale:
The administration has been working with Mitzi Randall for the last month or so regarding her ELL position and personal situation.
It is recommended to enter into closed session to discuss personnel to protect the reputation of an individual and to protect the public interest.

Superintendent Evaluation Instrument & Procedure
Rationale:
The board has been given information regarding the evaluation of the Superintendent, including the new instrument available by NASB. If the board would like to change what it currently has on file with NDE, appropriate action by the board is necessary to do so.

Surplus of District Items
Rationale:
We have a number of items that the district no longer needs nor uses. Board policy requires the board to approve the surplus of items for "sale". We need the Board's direction and permission to surplus the items appropriately. Those items include the rubber mats and border off of the playground, old stage lights, boy's bball uniforms, etc.

Football Classification
Rationale:
AHS should remain as an 8 man football team for classification purposes. Our ADs will be present to explain the rationale.
