Heartland Roofing Company - Restoration Area 7
Rationale:
This is the bid from Heartland Roofing to restore the seams and flashing on the Elementary Roof. The work will have a 5-year warranty. This approach will buy up to 10 years more of life for the elementary roof system. This proposal represents a cost-effective solution to effectively delay the 400-500K it will cost to replace this section of our roof.

Adjustment of Board Committees - 2022
Rationale:
With Frank Beel's wife, Jennifer, assuming a teaching position with the district next year, Frank has asked to be moved from the Personnel and Negotiations Committee to another committee. Jessica Pozehl has agreed to serve on the Personnel and Negotiations Committee for Frank. The Board, or Board President, needs to decide how to fill in the remaining gaps.
