SEBL (Social Emotional Behavioral Learning) Curriculum Update
Rationale:
Members of the MTSS Leadership Team will be available to discuss the process in evaluating SEBL curriculum to be purchased with ESSER III funds. This is a much smaller purchase, compared to the adoption of the reading series. The plan would be to provide information at this meeting and bring the recommendation for approval at the June 13th meeting.

Roof Seam Restoration - Area #7 (Elementary Roof)
Rationale:
The proposal from Heartland Roofing Company was tabled at the April board meeting in order to pursue a second opinion and further information. Matt Fisher (Guarantee/Blackwoods Roofing) also inspected the roof and has provided a proposal/bid.
Attached are the proposals from HRC and Guarantee Roofing.

Guarantee Roofing Proposal - Area 10 (Summer 2023)
Rationale:
The roof section between the gym and the older building is nearing replacement in the near future. In addition, the small mechanical rooms that come off of the gym on the east side need to be addressed. Matt Fisher, of Guarantee Roofing, will be in attendance to share the pros and cons of locking in a project price now for the summer of 2023 due to the current status of the market and pricing of roofing materials. The current estimate of the cost increase of roofing materials per month is 7%.

Approval of breakfast and lunch prices for 2022-23
Rationale:
Jennifer Chesser of LunchTime Solutions provided the Board with attached information regarding our breakfast and lunch programs. Please see the attached presentation provided by Jennifer which includes recommended prices for meals for 2022-23.

Certified Staff Member Resignation
Rationale:
Danielle Severin has submitted a letter of resignation for her teaching position at ACS. Danielle has accepted a position at Rock County.

ESU17 Special Education Services Contract (2022-23)
Rationale:
It is time to consider our contract with ESU17 for Special Ed services. This year's contract has a budget of $621,931 compared to last year's amount of $595,244. The increase is a typical increase due mainly to the increase in the cost of staff compensation (4.5% increase from last contract).

ESU17 Nursing Services Contract (2022-23)
Rationale:
Beyond special education nursing services, we also maintain a contract with ESU17 for our school nurses. The cost of next year's contract is $28,450 compared to $27,229 this year (4.5% increase).
