The purpose of this work session is to receive an update related to facility needs and possibly repairs or projects. Further, we will briefly discuss some personnel or staffing-type topics such as possible life insurance benefits.

Football Shed Project
Rationale:
Representatives from the Booster Club and AD's met with the Transportation, Buildings, and Grounds Committee on March 21st. The Boosters would like to donate $25,000+ toward a new football shed to be built out at the park.
The club and AD's wish to complete the design that is attached. This would mean an overall cost of 50 to 75K from the school district to accomplish this project. There was good discussion at the meeting and the board members present will be able to share their insight, pros, cons, and hopefully help the whole board arrive at a recommendation to proceed or not.
