Track Refurbish Proposal
Rationale:
The last structural spray was done in 2015 on our track. They say 7-8 years is the life expectancy and when it is time to redo the surface of the track. The attached proposal would allow us to move forward during the summer of 2024 and take care of this. According to Fisher, we would be able to do this again in another 7-8 years which hopefully gets us about 20 years down the road until our track is totally redone from the bottom up.
Sam Fisher, of Fisher Tracks, is who did Ainsworth's track "work" back in 2015. He does work for Rock County and many other schools in the area and across Nebraska. He is familiar with our track and understands the plan for ongoing maintenance and when the next project needs done. Approving this proposal now gets us on the list so we can get this done and get the cracks repaired in the track as well before they result in more serious issues.
