G. Business
|
G.1. Procedure for ESU 13 Claims for Reimbursement to Board Members
Rationale:
The Policy/Legislative Committee is proposing a change in procedure if a Board member submits expenses for reimbursement or has a conflict of interest with any claims to be approved. The Board member should abstain on the reimbursement because of direct financial interest in that vote. In the event this occurs, the Claims for Disbursement will appear as a separate agenda item.
|
G.2. Mental Health Proclamation
Rationale:
May is Mental Health Awareness Month. In an effort to demonstrate ESU 13’s support and promotion of Mental Health Awareness and Advocacy, ESU 13 proposes the consideration of the adoption of a Mental Health Month Proclamation.
