G.1. NASB Delegate Assembly
Rationale:
The NASB Delegate Assembly will be held on November 21, 2025, at 8:00 AM (CST) at the NASB State Education Conference. One representative is needed for ESU 13. Board members attending the State Education Conference are Jones, Plog, and Winchester.

G.2. CliftonStrengths
Rationale:
At the October Board meeting, members discussed participating in the CliftonStrengths assessment. NASB is able to facilitate this training at a cost of $1,000, plus an additional assessment fee of $25 per participating Board member.

G.3. Proposed Amendment to Article 4, Section 12A (Substitute Teachers - Rate of Pay (First Reading)
Rationale:
The Administrator requests an amendment to Board Policy Article 4, Section 12A regarding substitute teachers' rate of pay. A comparison of rates can be seen in the attachment. The Personnel Committee met prior to this meeting.
