Summary:

Summary:
The monthly financial reports outlining the financial position of the District are presented to the Board for review, discussion, and approval.

Summary:
A report of findings from Facility Advocates concerning current systems and future planning.

6. Welcome Visitors
Summary:
Individuals wishing to speak must sign up to do so prior to the Public Comments agenda item. Public Comments are limited to a total of 30 minutes with each speaker having a time limit of 5 minutes. The board will listen to comments at this time but not respond to those comments. Comments made at other times are out of order unless asked to respond by the Board President. Any handouts for Board Members provided by the public must be presented to the Secretary for later distribution. No posters, images, or similar material will be displayed by the public during the meeting.

9.5. Transfer from General Fund to Lunch Fund
Summary:
Superintendent requests initial transfer from the General Fund to the Lunch Fund in the amount of $20,000 to support program expenses.

9.6. Title IX policy updates.
Summary:
Title IX policy updates were completed and passed a few months ago. Since that time, NASB has revised a handful of those with slight changes. Up for approval are policies dictated by federal law which allows the Board to pass on the initial reading.

Summary:
Summary: The Board of Education is authorized by state statute to hold closed sessions. Closed sessions may be held when clearly necessary for the protection of the public interest or for the prevention of needless injury to the reputation of an individual.
