2.C. Review, consider, and take all necessary action to (1) adopt a resolution selecting the construction management at risk contract delivery system, (2) approve the Construction Management at Risk Policy (3) designate members of the Construction Manager at Risk Selection Committee, (4) refer all construction manager at risk proposals to the Construction Manager at Risk Selection Committee, (5) authorize the superintendent to create and publish a Notice of Request for Proposals and to create the Request for Proposals and Proposal Instructions, and (6) take any other action deemed necessary or appropriate regarding the selection of the construction management at risk contract delivery system or required by the Political Subdivisions Construction Alternatives Act.
