Stat. § 84-1410, the Nebraska Open Meetings Act, that the Board of Education for Scottsbluff Public Schools go into Closed Session to include Superintendent Dr. Andrew Dick for the purpose of discussion of the evaluation of the job performance of the Superintendent, to prevent needless injury to the reputation of the Superintendent, and at the conclusion of the Closed Session, that the Superintendent’s evaluation instrument be immediately placed in his personnel file.
