6. Discuss, consider, and take action to appoint a hearing officer and advisor to the Board for a personnel hearing

7. Conduct personnel hearing concerning the employment contract of Mitch Chapin. At the conclusion of the hearing, conduct deliberations and then discuss, consider, and take action to terminate, continue, or take other action the Board deems appropriate on the employment contract of Mitch Chapin. (A closed session is possible for the hearing and for deliberations.) In the event of a resignation or agreement, the Board of Education will consider, discuss, and take action on acceptance of the resignation or agreement.
