Stop Loss Insurance Renewal 2017-18
Rationale: 

It is a recommendation that we continue with American Fidelity as our Stop Loss Insurance carrier for 2017-18.

Justification as follows;

  • Current carrier so they know our claims history
  • Contract basis picks up past claims from previous months more so than the others that were quoted (48/12 month - "claims from 3 years past and  the current year"
  • Consultant, Brittany Spradling, with EAP services recommended Renewal with American Fidelity
Recommended Motion(s):  I move to approve the 48/12 contract basis option with American Fidelity for the 2017-2018 year, passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
