3. Request from City Hope Church to use the MWES gym Feb. 11 and March 30, 2017 for Kids and Youth Events from 6-9 pm, fees waived.

4. Request from Duck River District Boy Scouts to use the CMS gym March 10-11, 2017for meetings from 7 am until 5 pm, fees waived.

5. Request from Maury County Veterinarians to use schools April 8, 2017 for rabies clinics Oat times TBA, fees waived.

7.3.1. Boy Scouts to use MWES on February 7, 21, March 7, 14, April 11, 14 and May 2, 2017 from 5:30-7:00 pm for meetings. All use of facilities fees to be waived.
7.3.2. RES PTO to use the RES cafeteria February 10, 2017 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm for a Valentine's Dance with all use of facilities fees to be waived.
