Request approval for City of Columbia Parks and Recreation Department to use the Riverside Elementary School gym March 31-April 1, 2017 from 5:00 pm until 2:00 pm for Mule Kick 5K registration, packet pickup and awards presentation in case of bad weather with all use of facilities fees to be waived.

2. Request approval for Riverside Elementary School PTO to use Riverside Elementary School April 21, 2017 from 5:30 pm until 8:30 pm for a spring carnival with all use of facilities fees to be waived.

3. Request approval for Cox Middle School girls' basketball to use the Cox Middle School gym, auxiliary gym and lobby June 9-10, 2017 from 8:00 am until 9:00 pm for a girls' basketball camp with all use of facilities fees to be waived.

4. Request approval for Bethel Chapel AME Church to use the Spring Hill High School auditorium, cafeteria and 10 classrooms June 10, 2017 from 7:00 am until 5:00 pm for a South District Sunday School Convention with all use of facilities fees to be applied.

5. Request approval for Thompson Station Church - Columbia to use the Riverside Elementary School gym and cafeteria and possibly a few classrooms June 30-July 1, 2017 from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm for a Vacation Bible School with all use of facilities fees to be applied.
