1. Request for City of Columbia – Parks & Rec Dept. to use the Riverside Elementary School gym and cafeteria on May 30-July 21 (Mon-Fri) from 7:00 am until 5:00 pm to host the annual summer program for youth with all use of facilities fees to be waived.

2. Request for Riverside Elementary to use the school on June 5-29, 2017 from 7:30 am until 3:00 pm for a Read to be Ready Summer Grant with all use of facilities fees to be waived.

3. Request for Bird's Nest Theatre to use the Spring Hill Middle School theater and lobby on June 8-10, 2017 from 6:30 pm until 9:30 pm for a children's theatre production of "Alice in Wonderland" with all use of facilities fees to be applied.

4. Request for Santa Fe Basketball Camp to use the Santa Fe Unit School gym July 17-21, 2017 from 7:30 am until 6:00 pm for a basketball camp with all use of facilities fees to be waived.

5. Request for Vanderbilt TRIAD to use the SHHS library on September 12-13, 2017 from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm to host a TN Dept. of Ed. funded workshop by the Treatment and Research Institute for Autism Spectrum Disorders (TRIAD) for Paraeducators serving students in grades K-12 in Middle TN with all use of facilities fees to be waived.

6. Request for Rising Star Basketball Camp to use the Spring Hill Middle School gym June 19-23, 2017 from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm for a basketball camp with all use of facilities fees to be waived.
