Rationale:  The Maury County Board of Education Assessment Act of 2019 will establish notice to the Tennessee Department of Education that the Maury County Board of Education will be adopting the ACT Aspire and ACT as their sole summative assessment for the school year 2019-2020.  This Act is allowable under the federal Every Student Succeeds Act. 
Maury County Board of Education Resolution to Oppose Voucher Legislation
