Any property damage or wear and tear to PCS property resulting from the temporary easement shall be restored to it's original condition by Copeland Development.

9.23. Discuss, consider, and take all action to approve a proposal from American Paving Asphalt, Inc. to install a 2" asphalt overlay on the elementary school playground, with an estimated cost of $41,492.

9.24. Discuss, consider, and take all action to approve a proposal from Taylor Made Co. to install a safety surface on the elementary school playground with an estimated cost of $27,306.
