1. Call Meeting to Order-Acknowledge Open Meetings Law and Public Notice. Notice of the meeting was published in the Dec.9, 2021 Plattsmouth Journal and posted in the display case outside the administration center, at the Plattsmouth location of the U.S. Postal Service, and on the district website at www.pcsd.org.

3. Public Forum: Reception of Delegates-A time limit of three minutes will be set for individual speakers on a given topic. A total time limit of forty-five minutes will be set for all speakers on a given topic, with an effort to provide equal time for pros, cons, and neutral opinions.

4. Special Recognition: High school students Jayden Hamilton, Julianna Hamilton, Taylor Hardesty, Amber Nanke, Kaia Shotkoski, Samantha McKnight, Malie Todd, and Jaden Horner were selected to participate in the Iowa Western Community College Honor Band.

5. Special Recognition: Middle school students Symantha Cherek, Gregory Hampshire, Finnley Henrichs, Brianna Carney, Kaedyn Highberger, Alden McKnight, Joshua Gradoville, and Isabelle McGraw were selected to participate in the Iowa Western Community College Junior High Honor Band.

6. Special Recognition: PHS senior Sam Campin earned the honor of KMAland Nebraska Boys Cross Country Runner of the Year.

7. Special Recognition: PHS senior Christian Meneses earned the honor of KMAland Nebraska Football Player of the Year.

8. Special Recognition: The Plattsmouth High School Football Team earned an undefeated regular season and competed in the State Playoffs.
|
|

9. Congratulations to PHS seniors Sam Campin and Jessica Meisinger for earning the Wendy's High School Heisman Award.
|

10. Special Recognition: Jessica Meisinger signed a letter of intent to continue her academic and softball careers at Iowa Western Community College.
