Rationale:
The order bank window is open for vehicles and Wolf auto quoted us $56,159 for a new 2024 Transit Van just like the one we have.. This one would have cruise control. The last van we purchased we had to add aftermarket cruise control. 5-6 Month turnaround
Greiner Ford of Casper 2024 Transit Van $59,435 delivered. Quote is attached. 5-6 Month turnaround Bill Summers Ford has a two year old Transit Van with 11,000 miles for $58,000. They are saying a two year turnaround on a new van.
Recommended Motion(s):
Move to give superintendent Bristol and other administrators to order a Transit Van. passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.

6. HVAC Unit
Rationale:
The HVAC kitchen unit has quit. This is the HVAC unit that does not have a faceplate/data tag. We currently don't have a quote for the unit and were thinking a 3-ton unit would work to cool the kitchen. However, it may be a 5-ton unit. If the board could approve the ordering of a 3 or 5 ton unit from Langmeier (depending on what they tell us) we could go ahead with the ordering and purchase.
