CONSIDERATION. The District shall submit claims to the the County, at least quarterly, for such services at the rate of $60.00 per day that District is contracted to provide transportation as well as $.65 per mile for the additional mileage, which both County and District stipulate is 26 additional miles per contract day. 

 

MODIFICATION. In the event a student living north of the Sutherland North Bridge who requires special mobility assistance enrolls in the Sutherland Public School District, County and District hereby agree to revisit this Interlocal Agreement and negotiate any such modifications as may be necessary to continue to effectuate the underlying purpose and intent of this agreement.
