As part of the last three annual budgets, a $5 million dollar line of credit has been included to mitigate cash flow concerns due to the timing of tax payments. Each year, the line of credit must be reauthorized, the current line of credit with Great Western bank matures on December 15, 2016. Administration's Recommendation: Approve a resolution to renew our $5 million line of credit with Great Western Bank.

E.1. *ServeNebraska Step Forward Award and AAA National Life Saving Award

Rationale:
Twin Ridge 6th grade student Tommy Wilson was awarded the ServeNebraska Step Forward Award for outstanding volunteer service on October28, 2016. Tommy represented AAA Nebraska’s School Safety Patrol program, and was one of three finalists in the volunteer category for the prestigious award. This is one of the highest awards given in our state to recognize outstanding volunteer service. In May 2016, Tommy was the recipient of the AAA National Life Saving Award, for his heroic actions while serving as a School Safety Patroller. The last time a Nebraska student earned this honor was in 1988. |

They finished 2nd out of 14 teams in the large school division with their only loss of the day coming in a close defeat to Creighton Prep in the championship match. Members of the team are: Greyson Kreis, Kelly Speltz, Bobby Storck, and Baxter Knee. |
