Rationale:
It is 6:30 PM and I now call to order the Grand Island Public Schools Board of Education Meeting. This is the July 8, 2010 Hearing on Student Fees. Notice of this hearing has been advertised in the Grand Island Independent, which is the District's designated method of giving notice of these meetings.
This hearing is for the purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions or observations of patrons relating to student fees for the school year 2009-2010 and the proposed student fees for the school year 2010-2011.

3. Requests to Address the Board
Rationale:
Patrons desiring to address the board concerning the proposed 2010-2011 student fees will be given an opportunity to speak; The President of the Board will assign a time limit for each presenter.
