Rationale:
This is a legal meeting of the board of education, as advertised by the means specified in board policy. A complete copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted in the board room for your review. A copy of the agenda is available at the desk of the recording secretary.

2.1. Discuss, consider and take action to approve the annual audit
Recommended Motion(s):
A motion to approve the annual audit passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.

3. Future Meetings
Rationale:
A full-day Board Retreat is scheduled for November 1st to discuss school improvement and strategic planning. We will begin at 8:15 at the Central Office Administration Building. Our next regular Board meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 14th. The Study Session will begin at 5:30 and be followed by the Business meeting at 6:30. All components of the meeting will be held at the City Administration Offices and will be open to the public.
